This website is operated by Artico Pty Ltd, trading as Chapter & Light. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Products

We do our best to show products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly on different screens. Reading glasses are ready-made readers and are not a substitute for a prescription or eye test.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and images on this site belong to Artico Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
