We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and you'll receive tracking by email once your parcel is on its way.

Returns
Changed your mind? We accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost, and once we've received the item we'll refund you to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
