We ship to addresses within Australia from our warehouse in Smeaton Grange, NSW.

Rates

• Flat rate: $9.95 per order
• Free shipping on orders of $80 or more

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking when your order ships. Most metro deliveries arrive within 2-5 business days of dispatch; regional and remote areas can take longer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days or your parcel hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll follow it up with the carrier.

International

We don't currently ship outside Australia.
