We want you to love what you buy from Chapter & Light.

Change of mind

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost. Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

For hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on socks or reading glasses that have been worn.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send you the return address and instructions.
